Our excavation company performed a complete demolition and excavation, including asbestos removal with no environmental impact. We now have a fully developed 1/2 acre property which has increased the value of surrounding properties and become a valuable real estate investment to the neighborhood and the owner.

This steep slope building parcel was completely engineered for structural integrity. With foundation footings embedded 15 feet into the hillside and anchored into native soils, we built this fine home upon 275 yards of slurry with an additional 85 yards of concrete stem walls using the ICI insulated foam block foundation system.
