Craftsmanship
at Every Scale.
A Different Standard of Construction.
Luxury custom homes and commercial construction — serving Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. From one-of-a-kind residences to commercial spaces, Barnes brings experience, precision, and thoughtful execution to every project. The best spaces are the result of hundreds of decisions made well, and Barnes Homes and Construction Services brings the experience, people, and attention to detail required to take a project from its earliest plans through completion. Residential or commercial, we approach every project with the same level of care, collaboration, and intention.
The Difference Is in the Details.
Our seasoned team guides every phase, keeping scope, schedule, and budget aligned from the first conversation to final walkthrough.
We map out scope, logistics, materials, and timelines before construction begins — so surprises stay off the jobsite and the build stays on track.
Consistent updates and transparent reporting keep you informed and confident at every stage, with a single point of contact throughout.
Years of trusted partnerships with architects, designers, engineers, and trades mean smoother coordination and better results.
From one-of-a-kind custom homes to commercial spaces, we bring the same precision, care, and intention to every project type.
We obsess over the details that are easy to overlook but impossible to ignore once a project is complete — right down to the final finish.
Deep familiarity with regional codes, conditions, and crews across the Inland Northwest helps us navigate every project with confidence.
